What is the purpose of memorizing Quran online?
1) Obtaining intercession on the Day of Resurrection:
God Almighty will honor the memorizer of the Noble Quran with intercession on the Day of Resurrection.
Abdallah b. ‘Amr reported God’s messenger as saying:
“Fasting and the Qur’an intercede for a man. Fasting says:
‘O my Lord, I have kept him away from his food and his passions by day, so accept my intercession for him.’ The Qur’an says, ‘I have kept him away from sleep by night, so accept my intercession for him.’ Then their intercession is accepted.”
Baihaqi transmitted it in Shu’ab al-iman.

2) The people of the Quran are among the people of God Almighty:

Based on that there will be a difference in grades on the Day of Resurrection, provided that the memorization is purely for the sake of God – the Most High – and not for the attainment of one of the worldly purposes.

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“The one of you who is most versed in the Books of Allah should act as imam for the people; and the one who is the earliest of them in reciting (the Qur’an); if they are equally versed in reciting it, then the earliest of them to emigrate (to Medina); if they emigrated at the same time, then the oldest of them..” Sahih (Al-Albani)
2- Priority in burial:
